    Mark, I have nothing with saffron, so smoked paprika is the closest I can get. :) Hope you had a great weekend and thanks for all of your shoutouts!

  3. lol Well, the potatoes sound wonderful, MJ. I love saffron and I use it in a variety of dishes like risotto and soups, but I'm always curious to see how others use it. Thanks so much for sharing and no worries :)
